Dr. Teng changed my life. I was injured at work, and I was unable to lift anything, lay flat, grip anything in my left hand, or turn my neck. Dr. Teng was straight to the point about my diagnosis and explained what my immediate future would look like. After some initial testing, surgery was the only option. He was very understanding and considerate about my mental state going into a surgery this serious, and was supportive with any decision I made. There was a lot of push back from the opposite side of this claim, but Dr. Teng stuck with me for almost a year, following up every 2-3 weeks. Once I had surgery, I felt immediate relief. The recovery process wasn't all that terrible for something so serious. Dr. Teng was very professional, direct, urgent, and transparent with the goals that were set for me. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed and I never felt like I was being pushed into something that was not needed. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Thank you!

Wonderful from front desk, over the phone to Dr. Strafford and his staff! Dr. Teng on the other hand is terrible bed side manne, relating to patients, explaining a patients whole test results. Understanding the process of Workers Compensation and the hoops the patient has to jump through. Patients don't need lectures or gloating when he feels he was correct, especially when he's not. I can't even believe he's still employed at your facility. Everyone else I've met and helped with my diagnosis and recovery has really been professionals.

I was scheduled at the surgical center. Everyone was amazing to me from the time I arrived until the time I was wheeled out and helped into my car. I could not have asked for a better team! Dr. Kwon was professional and went above and beyond for me. Each of the staff members were personable and supportive of me. They followed Dr. Kwon's orders. Everything was explained to me. One staff member even held my hand and spoke encouragingly to me while Dr. Kwon did the procedure.

Dr. Brereton check my knee, and MRI images explain my problem and solution. I expect he will solve my knee problem.

Dr. Carlson is one of my best, down to earth doctors I have. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say and is always available. Great guy.

I've always had amazing care at Cascade Ortho. Dr. Stratford is compassionate understanding and answers all of my questions. My care can sometimes be complicated by LUPUS as well as other chronic issues, but Dr. Strafford always provides amazing care and coordinates with my other providers, so I have the best possible outcome. I have been in Dr. Strafford care for quite a few years and have always been happy with my treatment. I MISS HIS PA GREG !!!!

I found my visit to be both pleasant and productive and look forward to the newly proposed course of treatment with enthusiasm. I received notification from my P. C. G. that he approves of the deletion of the aspirin in my current regimen.

Dr. Kwon is exceptional. I love her ability to explain things in a very understandable way for a layperson. She also has a good sense of humor, which makes her fun to interact with, which is not all that common in Doctors.

I've had a number of diagnoses over the years for my hip and back pain. I saw orthopaedists and physiatrists who gave various diagnoses and did not provide any real help. It was Dr. Chen who figured it out. He diagnosed a psoas problem, gave me exercises, and before I even made it to my first physical therapy appointment, I was MUCH better. I now can hike and climb PAIN-FREE and fully enjoy retirement. Dr. Chen has a wonderful kind manner and great support and nursing staff - I cannot recommend him more highly. He has the highest level of skill, a vast fund of knowledge, and is a brilliant problem solver. Full marks!

I love Dr Chen. I go on a semi-regular schedule, for trigger point injections. I have had chronic migraines for 15+ years. Finally stumbled on trigger point injections as a treatment. It is the first thing, (beyond meds that make me queasy), that has worked at all to treat my migraines. Dr. Chen is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, always listens to concerns, and has shared many resources with me for treatment methods & tools, migraine research, stress management research, etc.

Had a frank talk with Mr. Wheeler. He was informative and professional. He listened to my concerns and we both came to agreement for the best approach to my issues.

I came back to Cascade Orthopedic after 10 years of going to treatment closer to my home for orthopedic issues. A little more distance to Cascade was well worth the drive. Dr. Chen who I had 10 years ago has set up a complete round of treatment for my back issues. The appointments were explained, set up and went flawlessly. After procedures were set up I went down the hall to set up future P.T. with ease in setting up time and days for therapy. The clinic seems to be more organized in the reception area and more friendly than I remember.

I had been suffering constant pain in-partcular on my left side for about 3 years 7 days a week. Wheeler made some recommendations. Process of elimination to determine what the problem is. The third option, appears to be working. It feels so good to not have constant pain all day long every day.
